I thought I had purchased a "Walking Pad" (portable treadmill) on November 8 for $149 through a Facebook ad sponsored by "Rena1ssance." Also visible to me, with this email were the email addresses and messages of over 40 other disgruntled customers detailing similar concerns with various products. One message made me aware that I did receive a package from the company, a cheap set of earbuds that I did not order. Only the package was not labeled and I did not know where it had come from. ALL of the messages made me aware that we were all scammed through credit card purchases and, because we did receive a small trinket that would cost way more to return than the value of the initial product, we forfeited whatever money we paid.
