Instagram ad stating fashion nova clothes at a discounted rate. Naturally I went shopping (SMDH!) I placed the order worth $39. After putting my card information in, Readsion came up, which is a legit retail site. I was a bit suspicious about the redirect from Fashionnova to Readsion but proceeded anyway. I should have listened to my gut instinct (Face Palm!). I received an order confirmation email from "Readsion" ([email protected]) with an active link to the Readsion store and a link to "view my order" which obviously led to an error message (That's when I knew, I had screwed up!) Whenever you email them about your order they use different email addresses to respond ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]). First they provide tracking info saying that the package is delivered, when you contact them saying you didn't receive anything they take responsibility and say they can refund you 70% or send you another package because they got word from the courier that there is a delivery issue in your area so your package got lost. Obviously, you ask them to resend the order. The second package never arrives either. You send an angry email as reality settles in that you have been scammed, duped and bamboozled. They email back saying they will issue a full refund in 15 to 25 working days and you should email them back if you do not receive your refund. The refund never arrives so you angry email them again and they respond with "in some cases it may take longer to receive your refund, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time. Due to high transaction volume, our payment processor is also experiencing delays. Nonetheless, please be assured that we are actively working with our payment processors to expedite the refund process wherever possible."
An ongoing cat and mouse game ensues for months and months in hope that you will give up out of frustration.

Complete scam.Ordered over 50 items of clothing.waited over a mnth,tracked it from china.yesterday,a $2 ring was delivered to my mailbox i did not order.nothing else.I was yracming package from china,the $2 ring with same tracking number came from portland oregon.entire thing is a scam.do not order.

There was an ad on Instagram for fashion nova clothes on sale at a discounted rate. Stated click now. I clicked on it and started shopping. I placed an order on numerous occasions on fashion nova website. So i didnt think nothing of it. Once i placed the order after putting my card information in the website showed Readsion. Which Im unfamiliar with never seen this website and was confused because the entire time I was shopping showed fashion nova. I received an email from Readsion but never received my items. Come to find out this was a scam and not a legitimate business
