While having difficlty uploading Amazon Prime on my TV, a phone number came on my TV screen saying I needed to call them to install Prime. I called and was told that I needed to purchase this service in order to update my Amazon Prime account security. Amazon Prime said they are not connected to this service and it was not required. I called Prime Network back and they did refund my money.
