Prepaidphonebill.com is a scam

I was in a hurry so I used this website not really paying much attention but once I went back to see why my phone had not reloaded I noticed that it was in pending status 30 minutes later. This service is for sure not instantly. Then the link (they provide) to check the status is a blank page or non working page. The transaction ID number provided when they took the payment is not a valid number. Please pay attention! The verizon logo is disclaimed as trademarked at the waaaaaay bottom of the web page. The policy states no refund no matter what. [censored]

I paid an online payment to this site to Boost.My phone service was interrupted because of non payment.Boost never received this "instant payment ". It's Team Total Re-up that messaged and emailed me but in replying no response from my calling, texting,and emailing.I received text from Boost stating that my plan was changed to a family plan and next month bill will be $120, my email had been updated,and P.I.N. changed. None of those done by me. The company is. a scam .

I visited a website that I thought was my cellphone provider and entered a payment I also provided my account pin and then was charged and received a text message from the company not my cellphone provider that made me realize I made a mistake.I then received a message from my service provider about the change in my plan .The service had logged into my account and added a family plan and changed me to a secondary line on my own account. I called my provider immediately and changed the plan and my pin .I called the number on the website and a representative advised me there is no supervisor to assist and hung up the phone on me when I accused them of scamming accounts.
