I placed a large order through the company website which said orders would be shipped between 1-2 business days. A week went by and I had received to confirmation of shipment so I reached out to them to ask about a status. I was told they did not have anything I ordered in stock and would have to wait until they did. When I asked when it was expected to be in stock they avoided my question. I then asked for a refund which they told me they woould give but would charge a 6% fee. I refused due to the fact it was their fault for listing items that were not in stock even though their website claims they are. There are several reviews on their google page referring to the same experience. I believe they are purposely targeting large orders in hopes people will agree to the refund fee and they get free money. After asking for more of an explanation they blocked my email through their shopify store. I now have to file a dispute through my bank to get my money back.
