The wife ordered a product from these folks. There were two shipping charges from two different companies. I researched them and found out there history was far worse than I suspected. The card used was on one of our business accounts. I called the bank and was told they could only do one stop payment. The best resolution was to cancel the card and issue a new one ( This only affects the card used and not all cards associated with that account.
It only takes a few minutes to cancel and you can get a temp card, until the replacement arrives, by visiting the bank. This is the same, with most banks, for business and personal accounts.

I answered a survey online and paid for a "deal" that was advertised for skin products the first charge is on Nov. 26th,2020 in the amount of 6.59 to poiseglaze. Com the 2nd was on Nov. 26th 2020 in the amount of 7.45 to elegant youth. Com
They were both ordered at the same time from the same site. After not getting what I ordered I looked online seems as if they are linked. On the website it said nouveeskincare. com. Evidently this is a scam.

I was charged 89.95 twice for a 30 day trial Keto vitamins, even after calling and cancelling it within the 14 days. He said he'd also send me an email confirmation, that I didn't receive. Do not give this company your credit card number!

This company posted a fake ad on Facebook claiming to be JCPenny offering a free trial of Nouvee cream for shipping cost. Thankfully I found out from others who were duped and contacted them immediately to tell them to cancel any subscription that I never signed up for and they argued saying I was in a 14 day trial period. I told them that 14 days from now my abilty to be willing to pay $89. for a tiny jar of cream will not change. The person I spoke with, Maria, said she would cancel it and when I asked for a confirmation # she said an email would be sent. It hasn't arrived in three days. The phone number on the CC statement is different than the one on my packing list and the name is different. Major fricking scammers. I recommend contacting the postmaster general!

This company charged me $125.00
after I ordered and paid for vitamins.
I didn't order or receive anything else but my disability debit card was charged. Freaking vultures!

There is an unauthorized charge on my Cash App account (Jimmy Benson
$JBenson357) from poiseyouthcare.com on 6/9/20 for $89.65.
I am requesting a full refund to my account for the full amount.

Re: Sideaffect and Fraud

POISEYOUTHCARE/ELEGANTYOUTHCARE, P.O.Box 9005, Seal Beach, CA 90740-9005 sold me a bottle of Herbal Relief CBD Oil and Herbal Relief CBD Cream with a special price, and the items were distributed by the firm located at 7582 Las Vegas Blvd., S #697, Las Vegas, NV 89123, and the seller charged the amount to my debit card on April 21, 2020. However, the CBD Oil caused a severe sideaffect, a stomach pain, Alka’Seltzer, Pepto Bismol and nothing else did help, and the pain went on for severl hours followed by diarrheas for days. I could eat only soups until my primary doctor gave me 24 capsules of Creon for an emergency. Even after the medication, I could eat less than an half of what normally ate and I felt weak; I couldn’t walk very far, despite I needed to walk 35/40 minutes daily because I had the total knee replacement surgery for the both legs. Making the situation worse; I received another package of CBD Oil and CB Dcream on May 22, ’20 which I didn’t know anything about. I visited my bank and, as I suspected, I found two (2) payments of $87.43 and $89.65 were charged to my account on May 21, 2020 by the same seller.

Jack C,

My 83 year old mother received multiple charges on her credit card from this company. When we contacted them they claimed that she had agreed to a trial of supplements. She was charged $4.95 shipping, followed by 2 more charges. She didn't initiate the transaction, didn't give out her credit card number and never received any packages that they claim they sent. When she didn't cancel the subscription in 14 days (because she never received it), they continued to charge her. A call to the company got us nowhere as far as a refund. Very indignant to talk to. Credit card acted as mediator with company but could only negotiate a $44 refund of nearly $200 charged.
