I came across this website looking for a shoe cabinet. I found one I liked a lot. When I checked out I looked in my email for verification. But came across a PayPal receipt to some guy. And same on my bank. And never got anything from the website itself. I go to email them [email protected] and said failure. I searched other people said same thing! This website needs to be shut down!! ASAP.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PATICOS! I ordered an L shape computer desk. I received the desk but it's main piece is broken. I tried to call and email but they are fake contact numbers

Like all of you, I was scammed by paticos.com, too. I ordered a kitchen pantry and instantly received a receipt via email, stating I had made payment to Dung Nguyen at [email protected] (Dung is such an appropriate name for this piece of [censored] scammer!).

I do not have a PayPal account, so I selected the one-time payment option on the PayPal login screen. And now, I can't even create a support case with PayPal because I don't have an account. Luckily, I made the PayPal payment with a credit card, so my creditor will reverse the payment and handle the dispute.

PayPal must take responsibility and start blocking transactions from paticos.com and its operator Dung Nguyen. FWIW I learned this operator previously ran another scam site at marcuris.com.

I purchased a white L desk because is so hard to find a desk these days. I found this website and thought this was good site. Their contact info is fake! They dont message you back and the number is the New Jersey dept of public affairs... I made a dispute to my bank and Paypal. I knew this website was too good to be true.

I received my desk but main piece is broken. So I too tried calling and emailing...but not real contact info

This is a Scam website, I started to order a desk and something felt wrong about this site to me, so I did not finish the order and canceled it. I then get an email from Pay Pal saying they charged me over $150.00. What! I do not even have a Pay Pal Account with my credit card. How can Pay Pal be involved with this Scam Website? the phone number and address are not real and the the Pay Pal charge shows up as some ladies name "Kiara" and some weird email.
BEWARE OF PATICOS WEBSITE! ITS A FAKE SCAM WEBSITE!

I've ordered something in Aug.17, 2020, and yet I haven't received my item, however the website mentioned it would be delivered in 2 or 3 days. To this date, September 9 haven't received the item. They are thief and have lots of complaints.

The merchant in Paypal was this:
Tham Nguyen
[email protected]

In the same boat as everyone else. Placed an order and never received an email confirmation. The [email protected] email they have listed is not a valid email and their "contact us" page is broken. I have no idea why PayPal would continue to associate themselves with this company as its clearly a scam. Just hoping to get my money back. This website needs to be shut down before they steal anyone else's money

well i guess i have to join the group of scammed people. i went to this site to rate the horrible experience ive had with paticos im in a state of shock as i began to to read the comments, i realized i would never get my item or a refund from paticos/rubik support. my story is just like so many of yours.the reason i thought this CO was real and legit was because of paypal. i thought if there was a problem paypal would resolve them. what a joke! im more angry at this moment with paypal than paticos. i cant believe pay pal would be invovled with this non-exsistent CO. espicially with all the complaints of non delivery, loss of funds. Paticos is a scam , i should have known when i didnt receive my item and called their # It was a voicemail about government docs. my first e-mail to Paticos i even told them the phone # was some message that wasnt about them. im upset to read some of you have been in contact with paypal and your issue isnt resolved? the fact paypal handles the payment for paticos makes them complicent in the scam. none of this is right and both paticos and paypal needs to stop. i have to research what my options are? if anyone reading this has a solution pls post it. i will post any solution that i find

We ordered a rocking chair on August 14th, received the confirmation email and then crickets. When I checked the status at Paticos.com they tell me we never had an order with them. When I tell them I have a confirmation email and order number, we get no response. We opened a complaint with PayPal -- who informed us that they paid Diep Pham and Pedros Mendes! Why would PayPal pay anyone other than Paticos.com, especially without our permission?! We're currently in the waiting period with PayPal -- which is also ridiculous if they've gone through this with other people. By now they should know that Paticos.com is a scam and cut them off. I also tried to call Paticos.com, but the only number gives you a NJ government office.

I too, appear to have been scammed. I order a pantry. Same story with UPS. Said it was delivered but I never received it. I filed a claim with UPS. They were not able to track down the package. Now they are saying I have to go back to the shipper. The phone number is a NJ government office. And they haven't responded to any emails. Surely we can go to a government agency on this company?

Last week, I notified Paticos (https://paticos.com) that I had not received my Stahl 72" Kitchen Pantry - White. I ordered it on 8/5/2019, and it was supposedly delivered to my home address on August 10, 2020. I work from home, so I am here all day and would have been present for a delivery. When I received notification that the order had been delivered, I checked the UPS Tracking information. It said that it was delivered on August 10th by UPS and weighed 4.6 pounds. I did not receive this product. It is a 72" pantry weighing 112 pounds. The UPS Tracking also said it was delivered inside and received by "Dugan." I have no idea who that is, and I gave them the correct delivery address. I contacted the company three times and was told that they would "recheck the order" and process a refund. That has not happened. Yesterday I did some research and found that many others had been scammed by this company. This same individual runs two other illegitimate business sites to - www.hometaxrefund.com and www.vookea.com. I paid through PayPal for this purchase and have filed a complaint with them requesting a refund of $169.99. That has yet to be resolved. Seller's ID on Paypal: Diep Pham Seller's; Seller's Email on PayPal: [email protected] - Buyer Beware...

I was just scammed 3 montha ago n dont know what To do!

OMG! I am sorry for your experience with this scam company and i thank you all for letting me know this is scam. i usually dont read reviews. I almost bought a patio chair from them now, i just waited to get home then go ahead to buy, when i typed the name on goggle so i can get the website and your reviews came up. This is really sad and that site needs to be shut down and paypal needs to do something about this as well.

Well, I wish I'd seen this before I ordered from them. But here's my story, I got a shipment notice and a tracking number from UPS. When watched for it on the delivery date it never came, but today the UPS tracker says they delivered it, but did NOT (no package). I went to make a claim with UPS which requires a phone # for the shipper but since the package came from Dallas (not Lawrenceville NJ) I figured something was odd about this. I looked up on the website for the phone # and called it - only to discover it's for a government agency, not Paticos... Red Flag, I smell a rat! Not sure if there is anything I can do at this point without an origination address that doesn't match the address UPS says it came from. Btw, UPS won't pick up the phone either - due to COVID.

In late March, I purchased some kitchen canisters from this site for $34.99. Got an email saying that my order was "received", but nothing else. A couple of weeks later, I emailed this company, referenced my order # and asked for the status and tracking info. Crickets. I tried calling the phone number listed -- it's fake, and so is the address, which is a residential home (that's why I didn't list it here). I opened a dispute with PayPal (more about them later!) and the "seller" has till the 29th to respond. Well, that very day I happened to get an email from Paticos saying that they are "out of stock" and that I would be refunded. I asked them a couple of days later when that would happen, and was told to "wait patiently for a few days." I wrote back that I was NOT waiting, and that I know that a refund through PayPal is just like a purchase -- immediate. Meanwhile, PayPal's customer service is literally nonexistent, this stupid virus being the excuse. You actually cannot communicate with an actual person there. Their phones aren't open (you have to go through a hundred prompts before the system tells you that too), and no one responds to messages. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

This is exactly what happened to me in March. I tried for days to get someone on the phone with Paypal to resolve the issue. Eventually I had to file a complaint on their website (Paypal) and someone got back to me a week later. I should have researched the site before making a purchase on it, but it looked legitimate. It took about 2 months, but I was able to get my money back from Paypal which was nice. Either way, this website should be SHUT DOWN.

Yes, I got scammed by "Paticos" as well -- ordered something from them, and got an email saying that my order was "confirmed", but nothing else. A couple of weeks later, I emailed to ask about the status and for a tracking number. No response. Tried again a week later, no response. Saw that the address (through Google Earth) was a HOUSE, and when I tried the number, so is that. Opened a dispute with Paypal, and coincidentally finally heard from Paticos to say that they would process a refund. I waited a few days, no refund. I wrote back and asked where my refund was, and they had the nerve to tell me to be patient, that it could take several days. I just fired off a reply telling them I have waited several days already, that I know a Paypal refund is immediate, and that I am in NO mood to be jerked around by scammers. I gave them till the end of day to process my refund before I take "further action."

JUST MADE ORDER LAST NIGHT AND THIS MORNING WENT TO CHECK STATED ON THE WEBSITE SERVER THAT THIS A FAKE WEBSITE REPORTED TO PAYPAL 3/23 WAITING FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO ME TO TRY TO GET MY ACCOUNT CREDIT BACK

I had opened a dispute with PayPal back on 4/9, and they are apparently giving the "seller" (Paticos) till the 29th to respond... almost THREE WEEKS. I know they will not respond to either PayPal or refund me voluntarily... trying to get this escalated, but PayPal's customer service is literally nonexistent. You CANNOT reach a live person, either by phone or by message; I left a message late yesterday afternoon, and have still not gotten any response. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Same happened to me I just placed order today I wish I would’ve seen this before I placed order. PayPal has no phone service and trying to email them is a joke they don’t understand it’s a scam company

Provide no contact to consumer and change credit cards on order and use fake email address. Ship wrong product and do not contact consumer back. Wrong phone number on website and an email address that doesn’t not contact you back.
