I contacted cart2Cart to transfer my store from wix to shopify on the 22 of april 2024. I did the process in the presence of an associate and submitted it on the 22th of april, i was told to relax the next day my products will be transfer to my new shopify store.The next day nothing and i contact them and was emailed by their technical team that i did not disable the verification two step process . I try to send them a code that was sent by wix to my phone and yet none of them respond. On the 3rd day with no transfer and nothing done, I contacted them with the same story.

That is when I knew these guys were clowns, were not serious and didn’t know their job. Is like a trial and error thing to them they don’t really know what they are doing, today it is fine and the next day you forgot this or that was not done at your end, one funny excuse to another .I stand my grounds and we did the disable together and they said in a couple of hours the products will be transferred but the next day nothing…..Still day no store transfer, everything they said i have done it, they have all my login information etc. Am so made for the 5 days wasted(22, 23,24,25,26)

This is my advice for others:

if you have a big store don’t work with them,

know that they never accept being at fault they always blame me for not doing whatever as if, if i knew all that why would i hire them,

They don’t know how to communicate or treat a customer

NEVER leave a review before the job is done, i was asked to do that and i refused that till the job is finished because that is what most companies do.

I REGRET EVER TRUSTING A FOREIGN COMPANY

I thought I was buying a 30 day men's exercise program as advertised and demonstrated on Facebook. After downloading the Yoga-Go app I couldn't find the program so I contacted their customer service. I was told, "We strive to update the app as

often as possible to make it faster

and more flexible. So sometimes,

the information used in advertising

materials might be slightly

different from the current app's

functionality. In this particular

case, the feature is temporarily

unavailable, as it's going through

some major changes. And you can

actually contribute to them! Tell

me more about your expectations

your feedback would be incredibly

helpful for the team that is working

on the feature right now." I asked for a refund and was told my reason for requesting a refund did not qualify under their refund policy.
