Ordered 2 barrel trays for my Dad for Christmas. Nothing was delivered (to my Mom) and I received no email confirmation. Instead, my mom received a necklace with an alien charm that had a shipping label ripped up, showing another different shipping label underneath. I contacted the support email and they said it was a gift from the company because the trays weren't ready yet. I have since told them I want a refund and threatened to report them, but I've heard nothing back.

The company, Hieroia, and website is bogus. The return address on the package I received of the ring is XBR, 3022 NE Cornelius Pass Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97124. The USPS tracking number on the package is **** **** **** **** **** **

- Surprise, AZ, USA • Feb 06, 2024

A ring I did not order arrived in the mail. I used the information in the package to supposedly get an authentication certificate. When I entered the information, it stated the statistics of the ring. That is all it did. there was no way to print it out. I shop online for almost everything and thought I ordered the ring by mistake. When I looked up the business on ScamPulse.com and found others had experienced the same thing I decided to put in a report. I am hoping I didn't inadvertently give someone access to my computer.

I got sent a package that I never ordered. I contacted the company on the fake email they provided and a representative by the name “Faye” said that someone purchased a portable heater for me and sent it to my address. No one purchased anything. Not sure who paid for it because even the payment info given by Faye looks sketch. Not sure how they got my personal info but I’m legit terrified now. Who knows what could be mailed out to me next

- Fresno, CA, USA • Jan 02, 2024

I got a rouge package in my mail box. There was a return address and name. But to the person it was addressed to it was covered up with a usps tracking sticker and my address was written over with large black marker. I could not find my name or any one else name to whom it was addressed to. It was in a bown Amazon envelope mailer. I opened it and inside were two unopened pairs of men's Adidas adult socks. I never ordered these and they would not be coming to my house as a gift. Please advise. Thank you

I received a moissanite ring in the USPS mail. The ring had one small stone in the center with smaller stones on the band on each side of the stone. The ring came in a red box with no identifiable marks. It came with a certificate from GRA Moissanites with the Warranty ID: *** *********. I did not order this ring and, so far, there are not fraudulent charges on any of my credit cards. I believe this is a brushing scam. But, am concerned how my they got my home address.

I received a so called diamond ring, certified by GRA Moissanite. I did not place an order or do I even wear rings. There isn’t a website, phone number just a return address. When I looked up the address it was a run down home. I don’t want to be charged for this, or for them to get bro my bank account. Even though I didn’t give it to these people what do I do?

This is the third time these thieves have sent their junk ring (in a red box- faux 1 kt.) to my wife. First two times they charged her credit card $32.00 each time. Unknown how they got her card number. This time up to today we have no charge as of yet. Attached are photos of the address location of the sender and the paperwork sent with it including the mail bag.
