I was looking for an offer on a special Fitbit luxe watch and shop pay was offering one for less than the Fitbit website. I’ve used shop pay successfully before and thought my info and money would be safe. So I sent my money through the shop pay app and received a confirmation message. However, I never received the product and it’s still showing as processing on the shop pay platform. I tried emailing the shop and going to the site and it says it doesn’t exist. I contacted shop pay and they said they are not responsible for monitoring every store on their platform. Meanwhile, it’s still saying pending on the shop pay website and I’m out $118 and a watch.
