I was threatened from a scammer acting as a RCMP officer (phone number was the same as real RCMP in Etobicoke location) first that there were multiple allegations under my name (which was all false) and I need to pick two of the choices which were either to accept these allegations or not plead guilty. Once I told them I will not plead guilty then they have gave me bunch of instructions in a hard pressuring manner and told me to go to the bank and take out cash. I told them I did not want to then they said this is the only way for me to get these allegations off me as they need to take out all the cashes out from my bank account so that whoever was using my name causing these allegations can be caught. So after I take out cash $9000 CAD, they told me to go to Bitcoin ATM Machine and put those money in. I told them why do I need to do this and they simply said this will secure my money in a wallet (unfortunately i was not familiar with Bitcoin at all). Once i did that, i got the receipt and bar code, which they ask me to send them and me being getting completely fooled by this, I did text them to the number they were calling from. I feel absolutely stupid and frustrated at myself for not even thinking for one minute that all these processes were all wrong and scam alert (this of course clicked on me when i got home).
