Offart.co creates collectibles. I preordered an item and asked them when the item would be released. They responded but after I (kindly) asked for a refund they stopped responding. I waited a week and a half and contacted the means I used to pay. My payment method’s company contacted them and offart.co responded to me with “we will refund you “later”. It’s been weeks later, with several more attempts at communication on my behalf but still no reply or refund has been issued. Beware buying from offset.co as it is likely they will attempt at pocketing your cash. With business ethics like this, you may not receive your item either.
