I received an email thanking me for purchasing Norton security system. A minuscule box which I enlarged stated that if I didn’t order this call 1 818-937-1051. I was told the $399.00 was credited back to my credit card. She told me to get on the computer to get it returned. I don’t have a computer. She said she would do it on hers.

Received an unknown email type billing from an unknown individual saying payment is being made for Norton Security that I do not have or use. I was BCC's as a recipient on the email.

Said my subscription to Norton Security was going to be renewed to the tune of over $400. I never subscribed. There was a number to call to stop renewal. I told them I never had a subscription, that I wanted to know if they had my credit info and that I was going to report them. They hung up. If anything shows up on my credit card bill, I will refuse payment. I don’t know what else to do.
