My Experience:

1. Please note that when you see a /, it really meant to be a check mark...Not an available key on my computer...

2. When I first read this email, I became suspicious right away because of the grammar, punctuation, email address, phone number and

price that the scammers used.

3. I called the NORTON Customer Service Number I have on file at: 855-815-2726 and explained the above email that I received. He

told me that the email was indeed a scam and to report it. I was also told that legit emails sent by NORTON SUPPORT would be as

follows: [email protected]. NORTON also asked if I had called the phone number or emailed a reply to the

scammers, my reply was "No".

Thank you for your time and concern in regards to this report!

Was being charged for a possible lapse in subscription for the protection on my laptop. Said I needed to call the phone number to cancel subscription if I no longer needed the coverage. I called and she said she needed to remote into my laptop to cancel, so I approved. She pulled up a refund form that had ScamPulse.com sign on the front then the general question were asked. I entered in my name, address, email address, phone number, home address, and bank name. She then said I needed to sign into my bank account to ensure the credit was being credited. I hung up and turned my computer off.
