Scammer used a targeted ad on Snapchat showing NFL branded apparel. They were advertising a sale. I placed the order on their mobile site on 1/8/2023. I checked their policies for estimated shipping times before reaching out for help on the order. I then attempted to reach out by email, the only contact they listed. I received the same response each time I tried to reach out. That the warehouse was “busy” and they would send for it asap. Almost 4 months has gone by and the item never shipped and no tracking was ever initiated or sent. When I asked for a refund, they stated I would be charged a fee to receive it and never helped me recover my money. Never any follow up when I asked why it was taking so long or explained that their shipping policy did not show this kind of timeline.
