Tried to purchase a Schnauzer puppy from breeder online. My wife spoke to the breeder and everything seems okay. Our first two dogs were purchased the same way but one recently passed after coming down with Hughes Syndrome. We sent the deposit and the breeder was shipping a special air pet cargo company. The next day we received an email from Prime Pet Ways. PrimePetWays.com. We looked them up and it looked like a legitimate website. Next we got an email about a special crate needed and it could cost up to $1200.00 but 95% would be refunded when the crate was returned. My wife called the company and they said their pet transport business was over 18 years in business and that the Covid-19 regulations changed the way they ship pets, which required a special conditioned crate. We did not send the extra money and the phone has been just rings. PrimePetWays.com is still coming up but the tracking number is invalid.
