I placed an order with this company back on June 25th, 2018 for a pair of Chacos name brand sandals as their website advertises. As of July 3rd I had not received a tracking number. I contacted them then and finally received a tracking number on July 9th. I received my order on July 30th and they sent a cheap pair of mossimmo sandals, not the Chacos that I ordered. I immediately contacted them and dod not get a reply back until August 8th. They offered to send me a 10% off code for future orders and refused to refund my money or send the correct sandals and I have been emailing back and forth with them since then insisting that I get a full refund, which they have thus far refused.

I ordered 2 pair of Chaco sandals on a website that I initially saw on Facebook. I received an email that my account had been debited and another confirming my order and that I would receive a tracking number in 2-4 business days. The order total on the site was $85, but my account was debited $94. I have never received a tracking number. I have written to the email address given in the 2nd email and also tried contacting them trough the ninexstore site. I have written over 10 emails and have never received a response. I am not hopeful at this point that I will ever receive what I paid for.

June 26 2018 my daughter ordered a pair of chacos sandals. Their website looks exactly like the official chacos website. That is the one example of them trying to fool you. Did not receive a confirmation email like you usually do after you purchase something. She went to show me which pair she bought and went to Chacos official site which she thought she had bought from but could not find the pair. She called Chacos and they did not have an order for her and after asking her a few questions they said she ordered from a fake website. Disputed it with her bank and received a $65 provisional credit. They said they will review the merchants documentation and within 90 days let her know the outcome. July 16 received a tracking email FROM china. This last week the package arrived and inside was a pair of cheap thong sandals that said "reef" on them. The sticker on package said value $10. Now I am worried her bank will see that that she received the package and withdraw the money back thinking she received a $65 pair of shoes but really was a $10 pair. So they try to still get ya after you dispute the charge.

I ordered a pair of sandals on this website (which looks EXACTLY like the actual Chaco website) and received a confirmation email. Never received a shipment email and never got a response from them when emailed to check on order. There is also no actual email to contact them at or phone number.

I paid $60 for a discounted pair of shoes- 10 days ago! They deducted the money but no shoes! No invoice. Nothing. Stole my money.
