New Mail Updates Inc. Reports & Reviews (1)

I just moved and googled "USPS address change". I thought I clicked on a website with a .gov address but I ended up at this site, which looked very much like the USPS website. It said "Official USPS Change of Address" on it, had the USPS logo, etc. I filled out the requested fields and came to payment. I felt confused at not saying a price or cost listed but I figured I'd just missed it. Saw a charge for $99 on my debit card to this website later that day. I called them and received an automated message offering me either half refund in exchange for a couple services, a 75% refund for one service, or then it offered to pay to change my address with the post office for $1.05 (what the post office charges). I said no to all and finally they offered a full refund. I said yes, the automated system said it would be processed. I later got a call from a random number (not the one I called to reach them) and they left a voice mail saying they were having trouble processing my refund and gave a number to call. I still haven't called because I'm scared this is just another part of the scam.
