I ordered a personalized item for Christmas. They said it had shipped on 12/10/23 and arrived in a nearby city on 12/18/23. Several more weeks go by and still no delivered package. I contacted them via email and they said there may be an issue with my address and to contact the courier service to give the correct address. It took me about 2 weeks to get through to UniUni delivery service who said they were behind on deliveries and to be patient. I emailed the name-necklace company to let them know about what was happening and they said they take full responsibility of what is happening with the courier and would conduct an investigation and let me know what they find. I heard nothing back from them. A week goes by and I check back in with the courier service and they tell me they lost my package. I forward that email to the company and they respond with they would be happy to replace my item if I pay again or they can give me a 30% refund. I did their investigation for them and now I am stuck paying for the product again.
