I purchased a hair remover product from Londour back in December. I received an email stating my product was being shipped a few days after purchase but never received the product. I have been going back and forth with their "customer support" for 5 months. First they tried to tell me it was on the way and would be delivered soon but could provide no tracking or date. They would keep telling me it was coming and I would receive it. They said if I didn't receive the product by a certain date they would refund me. I reached out on that date and then they gave me a run around answer and I called out that they said they would refund me. They then told me they would be sending this to their accounting department and I should receive my refund in a couple days. Of course, I never received it. I have been going back and forth and then they said they would mail a check. A check never arrived. For 5 months I have been going back and forth with them and getting the same response over and over. I have asked to speak to a manager with no response. I have asked to speak with accounting and no response. This is an absolute scam and fraud. Do not purchase or do any kind of business with them

I ordered this product at the beginning of January for a trip in February. January 27th I requested a refund because my product still hadn't been sent out. They then said it was sent out, but I didn't receive a tracking number. They said there was a delay in shipping and they would start the refund process. That was February 2nd, I've been going back and forth with them trying to get their address to file a complaint. They said it was at the post office and asked if I wanted to return it I said yes they said they would start the refund process I still have not been refunded. This was for two laser hair removal devices and two refills. I've asked for their physical address several times and they said they cannot disclose the information. I have no transactions on my bank statement showing the refund. They told me about 5 times they have issued my refund, and still have not b

I saw an ad on Facebook for a hair removal device. I purchased the device, total $29.99 and paid using my credit card (Mastercard). I made the purchase on or about 6/8/2023. On 6/16/2023 I emailed the company since I had not received any other information about shipping or status of my order and requested a refund. I received a reply from the company the same day, 6/16/2023 stating that there was a shipping delay but that my order has shipped and cannot be cancelled and I should receive it by 6/26/2023 at the very latest. I emailed again on 6/30/2023 stating that I have not received my package or any shipping information and again requested a refund. I got a reply on 7/1/2023 with a tracking number and said that the package was almost delivered. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered on 7/4/2023 at 2:15:01 GMT+8 but I have not received any packages and was home all day to be able to receive any deliveries. I emailed the company again today and requested a refund for the 3rd time and said that I would be reporting them to the BBB. The tracking number I was given is 4207860292748903017223000340398253
