The owner of Linx Jewelry Company, Candice M. Lindler, was initially contacted by me, via their website. I had ordered a set (a “sterling silver” bracelet and 4 “sterling silver” charms) and a separate “sterling silver” charm. I contacted the seller via TikTok seeing that I had heard anything back, or received an email from the company after I had ordered, despite taking my money. I saw that they were very active on TikTok though. I wrote a message to which I was responded to instantly. Communication was wonderful until I received the bracelet. I wrote the seller as soon as I opened the package, telling them that the bracelet does not work and feels like a Lego. It is a plastic type material disguised as sterling silver. It even had the sterling silver 925 logo stamped in it, despite clearly NOT being sterling silver. I immediately contacted the seller who was checking my messages (They were marked as ‘seen’) and they were no longer responding. That’s when I sent an email via the contact information on the website to which I had no response either. I decided to recontact the seller on TikTok, saying I see they are checking my messages without responding—who then gave me a song and dance about how she couldn’t find my order. Mind you, she had no problem finding it when she took the money. She told me I had 30 days to return it and that she would send me a prepaid envelope to send the item back after a long two weeks of back and forth on “how she can’t find my information and that she hadn’t received any of the THREE emails, I’d sent. Her reasoning for checking my messages on TikTok, and not responding, “they were not always on TikTok.” However, I have evidence to the contrary. After realizing that this woman was dragging out time, so that I could not send back this counterfeit jewelry that was unwearable due to the Lego type clasp. I decided to dispute it on my credit card. I have never disputed an item in my life, that’s just how bad the jewelry is. I refuse to pay for such a blatant piece of junk, especially junk I can not return.

When the woman was contacted by my credit card company regarding the dispute she wrote me instantly on TikTok a very nasty letter filled with lies about all she did, and then promptly blocked me from her TikTok and website. She then went onto her website so that she could get away with her lie, good thing I had already screenshot EVERYTHING. I later received a letter from my credit card company where she falsified (possibly photoshop or some other means) documents via a conversation she and I never had. The woman is a blatant scam artist, and a despicable human being. Do not buy anything off this website, etsy, tiktok, mercari or anywhere else with her name or Linx Jewelry Company. They also have no rights to the trademark products ie disney, they a pawning off as authentic and sterling silver, come to find out. That is why you have to sign in and make an account to get a password to see their “special products”.
