Buyer Beware: Limitless X Inc/Mentom/Amarose...

Ordered 3 and was billed for 5 without my consent. My bank contacted them and they claimed I ordered 5. Impossible to reach support. Attempted to resolve issue through my bank and failed. Companies: Limitless X Inc/Mentom/Amarose.

I had the same experience as above. I lost $289 .65. No way to contact them through the numbers they post. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They also said my order didn't go through but it did. Will not give me an RMA. They said I had to wait for 60 days then wouldn't answer my call after the 60 day wait.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a product online which would have cost less than $20. The purchase did not go through. Instead, I was charged for 2 products that I neither ordered nor wanted which cost $411 plus $15 for s&h. I called the company within 5 minutes of the 2 charges hitting my account and was told that the product was already shipped and that I would just have to return them for a refund. They tried to tell me that I would have to wait 60 days for a return number. When I was finally able to return the product, I got a partial refund for one of the products minus an $8 per bottle restocking fee. I still have not received a refund for the second item, also minus the restocking fee. The really shady part of this is that the purchase comes out of the account under one company name and is refunded through a different name. Limitless X is the business that handles these purchases through different companies and that is the company through which I returned both products. Extremely shady business practices.
