Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was playing the game Nexus Tk, also known as Nexus: The Kingdom of The Winds. I decided to write the owner asking to help him. I went and made him game Characters because I thought that would help him with his game and ideas and after all that is how he used to save characters he needed for in game History. Which I wrote him over 4 years the same message, no block or Banishment was received. In the past I was hacked for looking at a hacking program that I never used. It exploited a keylogger on my computer. The guy keylogging me, he did laugh at me and then did a little identity theft. Also said that the cops would laugh at you if you told them you were keylogged. I let it slide and fixed my computer. I did lose my account which I asked Kru Interactive to fix my characters. They charged me 40 dollars. 30 to restore just 1 character and 10 to play that month then proceeded to tell me. If you want to restore all your hacked/deleted characters you need to pay us 30 per character which was up to 3 more characters. I couldn't afford that. I was even exact on times when I got logged off and they failed to make me a deal or be helpful this was the past probably 2012 or something.
When I made characters for their in game events like I stated in the beginning of the message and when I wrote him in game about doing this. They said stop. which I did. So I made new characters to play and they kept taking the name and changing my password. When I went to register to pay 10 dollars for the month to play like normal. I had a block on my account. I asked them to fix it through support ticket and they refunded me without a reply. I did it again and then they refunded me without a reply on their support ticket. Then I noticed a block on my account. So I thought thats weird. huh, maybe I need to get someone in the game to contact him. So I wrote someone in the game.. they got a hold of him, he never wrote back to me personally the owner of the game. so I decided maybe I should call them. So I did and the number lead to a voice message.. "Kru interactive" no answer. I tried back different times. nothing. same deal every time. Im like this is very weird. I hope no one gets scammed. they sell in game items, they don't even talk to you. They make other people pay to be higher up immortal like characters that act like Game masters of the game. I can't even get a hold of them. They don't call you back or Reply to support tickets, nothing. They don't care about the game and they scam you. People in the game hold positions and then if your Unregistered or don't pay the next month and are lets say high up like a person who can jailed you and you leave and come back.. they don't care they allow it and people even bully you in the game and if you don't like someone they force you not to be able to do something in game and that screws with your experience and $10 Kru interactive failed to pay for websites and doesn't update Darkages.com or do anything helpful. They haven't replyed me at all and arnt ever going to. Please stop them before they scam more and more people. I try my best on reporting private servers because I thought they were a trustworthy company and their not. They allow people who keylogg you to beable to force you to pay 30 dollars per character because you fell for their tricks and they don't give you deals and sometimes the e-mails for registration coupons don't come through and you write them and you hope you get your month registration or they screw you by making you pay more with their item shop when its always been $10 and not 30 or whatever dollars.
Please I ask you to stop them this is crazy!
