He was going to do concrete work for us and put in a retaining wall. He did the retaining wall but then never did the concrete work. In the beginning he was very nice very responsive and easy to work with. Then he took our money and then kept cancelling due misc reasons and now he is just not responding. We were suppose to have our project done on March 15 and it is now the beginning of June and no response. I have tried calling, leaving voicemail, texting and Facebook messaging.

Received a Facebook message on Marketplace claiming to do fence repairs. I have a contract and paid a 1/3 deposit but he never showed up to do the work and is not responding to calls or texts.

Another company name that shows the same issue is KatCo LLC.
