I found www.kingcharleshome.us on either oodle pets or amiericanclassified website. I expressed an interest in one of the puppies and asked them where they were located and got this address* *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** I looked it up and found that it appeared to be a personal residence. Thinking that this breeder worked out of their home, I continued. I asked them a few more questions about what their contract entailed and then expressed a desire to adopt. This was all done via email. Their email was [email protected]. The breeder/ seller's name was Ciprian Enei and the phone numbers were (405)351-1519 and (405)253-4787. He told me that I needed to send full payment for the puppy ($750.00)Via Western Union to Ciprian Enei in Oklahoma. He said to choose the cash pick up option so we could continue the process of me getting the puppy. I used cash and did this transaction at our local Walgreens. Ciprian asked me to send a picture of my receipt to him and he then sent me a contract to sign. After emailing the contract back he said he was contacting pet delivery company to schedule the delivery. I then received an email from Animal Wings Pet Delivery Company with a tracking number and everything. Here's the information on this company: http://animalwings.us (539)202-5638 and my puppy's tracking number was P9TL9OV8 They called my cell phone several times to let my know that they were working on the paperwork and flight arrangements and they sent me emails confirming my name, address and phone number as well as the destination airport. Then they sent an email saying that there was a problem with my puppy's crate. That I needed to upgrade to an electronic crate because if I didn't, my puppy might die due to cold and noise. I was assured that this deposit would be refunded in full at the airport when I picked up my puppy and that I would be given the crate for free. The crate costs were as follows; $1499. fist/best choice for pet protection; $1299. average protection, and $975. for last choice. When I saw that this would be another Western Union money transfer I called Animal Wings back and told them that I couldn't do that. I then called the breeder/seller Ciprian Enei back and told him that I wasn't comfortable with sending that kind of money over Western Union. Ciprian Enei then said that he would physically go over to Animal Wings and find out what was going on and if he could straighten it out. Animal Wings called me back and said that they were sending me another email with a different payment option. It was hard for me to understand both Ciprian and the man from Animal Wings because of their accents. Ciprian then texted me to tell me that Animal Wings was sending me a new payment option. Also, they claimed that they could not get my puppy scheduled to be shipped until I completed this "crate"transaction. I read the new email and discovered that they wanted me to send this money via bank transfer.The following is the contact information they provided. Bank- Wells Fargo Account name- Sylvia A NGWA Routing #_111900659 Account #- 6237340713 I didn't send any more money but asked Ciprian (the breeder) for a refund because we had decided we were not willing to send any more money and therefore not adopt at all. The above events took place March 19-20 of 2019. On March 21,2019 I contacted our local Sheriff office and spoke to two deputies. The first told me to recontact the breeder, Ciprian via phone, email and text to restate our request for a refund. I called and got the busy signal. It was my text that got a response and Ciprian said they were working on the refund but that it was hard for them to get the puppy back from the airport since she was already registered in our names. I told the sheriff deputy this and he suggested I call the Oklahoma airport and find out if there was a puppy waiting. I called Will Rodger World Airport in Oklahoma City and spoke to a representative from American Airlines and Delta. The American representative said there were only 3 airlines that ship live cargo, United, American and Delta. United requires a 5 day advanced notice to send a dog so that seemed to rule them out. American did not have a puppy that was being shipped on the day I called, 3-22-19 and as far as she knew there was no puppy waiting. Deltas Cargo Dept. said that the airlines don't allow dogs to sit around waiting to be sent. Delta also said that the seller is not allowed to drop off an animal for shipping if their crate is not sufficient, and the average cost to ship a dog is $300-$400. And lastly, she said that none of the airlines transacts business through Western Union. No refund has been returned to me as of 4-23-2019.
