I was receiving repeated phone calls promising to forgive my student loans. They promised to reduce my student loans if I would pay them 1,200. over a six month period. I made the first payment of 205.00. I talked to my loan servicer who informed me that no third party companies can promise me loan forgiveness. I have recently changed my bank account informantion but the company continues to call and email me harassing me about the remaining balance.
