Email sent and indicted billing was 649.00 I never signed up for Geek Squad and have no idea what it was. I called 1-833-812-1621 where they said the account was in red flag status and needed me to download software to my phone called AnyDesk which is an application that allows remote access I declined I did not feel comfortable allowing them to access my phone. They told me this is the only way I can get this cancelled out of my name. I feel like this is a fraud and no company should make you download software in order to cancel a subscription that I never ordered in the first place.
