Really scam

I get hired to Kay Market March. There HR want all my personal information I provided. I know was suspicious but gave a chance. I work one month and never paid. I report now. Found there company employees not really real they do there fraud base in Arizona state. I'm waiting for more investigating now with help of my state. Don't work for them or take job.

I was hired by this so called Escrow company on April 2021 and I worked hard. Did everything that was told and I kept communicating with my so called supervisor. Let me tell you this company by the name Kay-Market is a scam. Whomever is saying that they don’t have a problem must be the people involved with that company. Cause on the date that I was supposed to get paid which would of been May 6 2021, when I tried logging in it wouldn’t let me and then I tried calling them and it said that the number I tried calling wasn’t in services. So please do not accept any type of so called work from them.

On 3/28/21 I was contacted via email about being a escrow for this company. I followed the directions given. Send pictures, upload packing list, and ship out. On 4/22/21 the website wouldn’t allow me to log in and told me wrong email/password. Randomly it allowed me to renter and told me supervisor Marcella that it malfunctioned and she/he replied it was a system upgrade. I still have a package in my possession. I requested the label to send it out and for the response it will be uploaded later. Yesterday 4/28/21 I spoke about the package again and to the same response about it will be uploaded later. I also asked about my pay and what time I will be paid via direct deposit. They told me today in the day time and I will be contacted by the finance dept to discuss full time employment.

Still no payment. I’ve emailed them etc

I have just been scammed by this company after working with them for a month, I asked for my pay and their phones stopped working, no one is responding to my emails. So I got suspicious and decide to look up the address and found the number for the office building listed on their website and documentation. Security at the commercial building "California Market Center" and suite C721 is occupied by a men's apparel store and Kay-Market Online Services is not listed there. That raised my suspicions further. After reading the reviews on this platform I decided to look critically at the shipping labels. Fortunately for me I saved them. One package that was mostly shipped was under the name "Christoph Dressler, but the new postage label would always have a different name. So I looked at several of them, apparently, most of the packages were shipped to addresses in new jersey and Florida. The packages for Christoph Dressler were being rerouted to two different addresses but to different names, one even has a phone number on it. East Hanover NJ 07936. Englishtown NJ 07726, I will not post the full addresses for legal reasons but I have the full addresses and recipient's names. Should the feds be interested I will be more ready to provide the information

Just block the email and don't bother yourself this company is a scam probably using stolen credit cards to purchase stuff and use so-called escrow assistants to hide their tracks. After working for them for a month I asked for my pay which they kept saying you will receive it at the end of the day for four days. This when I realized that I had been scammed so I found the phone number the address list on their website and called, I spoke to security who told me that Kay-Market was not located there, in fact, C721 is occupied by an apparel store. Then I remember having suspicions about why the names on the uploaded postage labels changed from the shipping labels that came with the package. So I compared the labels and noticed a pattern that most packages were being rerouted to addresses in New Jersey and Florida. But one interesting thing is that there were so many packages that came under the name Christoph Dressler but when the label was uploaded the names changed and the packages were shipped to two different addresses in Hanover NJ and Easttown New Jersey, implying this person had two different addresses but the names were now different. I posted a review yesterday on this platform and on the California branch of the BBB and today my login has been disabled

Just got scammed too but I have a package still in my possession

I appreciate the extra cash I am making during the pandemic as an Escrow Assistant. Never had any problem with the company in the past 6 months. Thank you Kay Market!

Great company, no issues with them so far. Receiving my monthly payments via paycheck as I requested. Thumbs up!

I was contacted on 3/26/21 by a human resources manager who stated that they had found my CV through an employment agency and wanted to offer me a vacancy as an escrow assistant. I replied on 3/29/21 and asked for a Zoom interview. Elisse Linde (an HR Associate for Kay Market) replied asking for my phone number and said that an HR team member from either phone number 213-279-2288 or 213-279-7575 would be calling me back. Attached to the email was a job description outlining an escrow assistant's responsibilities and a link to a website.
When I went to the website, it described what an "escrow assistant" did for Kay Marketing.
On 3/29/21, I was contacted by phone and was told by a man with a heavy accent that I was hired but that he needed my address. I told him that it was on my resume with the HR team. He said that he didn't have it and would send me the contract paperwork.
On 3/30/21, I received an employment agreement from Daniel Granberg (HR manager for Kay Market). Upon further research into the website, a different link had been created to an online marketplace. Mr. Granberg and all other associates whose names have been mentioned did not appear in any web searches, nor did Kay Market appear on the BBB site as being a legitimate business.
The only evidence that Kay Market exists is on the new website that was created on 3/15/21.
I would NOT recommend signing any paperwork or going into any monetary agreements with this fictitious company.

I was offered a position as an Escrow Assistant. Where I was asked to verify products (receive packages, review contents, upload photos) purchased through their classifieds website www.Kay-Market.com, then they provide a new prepaid shipping label so I would ship the products out. They offer monthly pay of $4500 after a month probation. Yesterday 25th of March made it a month have worked with them. I requested my pay and my supervisor by the name Samuel keep posting me. I couldn’t access the user panel since 3 days and ones they call me it will be released just for me to print the shipping label and thereafter I will not be able to access it both on my phone and on pc. I started suspecting them and I begin to search about them and there I realized they are scammers and use stolen credit card and banking information to purchase the items and then ship them to Escrow Assistants to prevent them from being traced back to them. They provide documentation and an employment agreement but ask for your driver license and direct deposit information which I uploaded to the user panel. I was called again yesterday afternoon about a package that will be coming there I told them not to send any package to my address and send the link on the site to the panel and tell them I just reported them to my county police. Immediately my account was deactivated and I could access it anymore that my user name and password is wrong.

I am waiting to see what going on but I have been working with them for almost a month. Are they legit?

After working for Kay Market for about 2 weeks I received and email asking me to confirm my bank account information for payment. After sending it, I was given a fictitious link as a final confirmation for my payment. I haven’t been able to contact anyone through email, phone, or the employee portal. I have no access.

I was offered a position as an escrow assistant. For a month I received packages printed new labels and sent them. I was sent information on getting my payment profile updated so that I could receive my direct deposits after I got an email that did not allow me to update my information I tried calling the numbers that were sent in the emails . I got a message stating that the number I dialed cannot be reached from my calling area. The account I logged into no longer allowed me to see packages or deliveries as a matter of fact it just gave me a wrong login/password message.

They offer monthly pay but have no intention of paying. They provide documentation and an employment agreement but ask for your driver license and direct deposit information. After they did not provide me with more information on what state their business is registered, they blocked my access to their employee platform. I will be making sure to change my bank account information, passwords, and report my driver license information stolen. I took screenshots and reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.
