My 96 yr old mother, who doesn't own a computer, received an email from iyogi tech support co. stating that she had signed up for a tech support service and it had expired. They said she was on auto renewal and said her bank acct would be automatically debited $599 for the renewal. A phone number was given to call if you didn't want to renew and it specified that you needed to be in front of your computer when you made the call. An attachment was provided which I didn't open because I knew it was unauthorized and a scam.
