The scammer tried to usurp the HR hiring process for Florida state jobs by trying to act as a recruiter for open state jobs in state agencies. State agencies do not use third-party recruiters to fill job vacancies. The third-party recruiter who contacted me simply went to the official State Agency job portal and scraped job opening positions then found my resume hosted online at a job seeker place like indeed.com to contact me.
