This scammer is working with a Facebook Page scammer (Boykin Spaniel Puppies for Adoption & Rehoming). After agreeing to buy a dog from the Boykin Facebook the Speedy Prime Logistics company contacted us by email stating they had picked up the dog and they needed $400 sent by Zelle to a Braniyah Williams (706-495-9573) for an insurance policy to guarantee that they dog would be delivered safely to our home. When we stated that we would rather pay by credit card to the company they then wanted us to pay by flutterwave.com/pay/w8nha57reici. At this point we realized that this was a scam. There was never a dog to be bought and delivered.
