Imposter Hinge Health Reports & Reviews (6)

I received an email from them stating I have been selected to interview for a Manager position based off my resume from Indeed. I knew it was fishy when they began to communicate with me via text & asked me with strick, clear orders that I understand the next step that they give me so I do not miss out on the interview. They said in 2 mo the actual office i will be working in, in my area of location, but would not give me any info on it, will be ready for me to work from the actual office but in the meantime of the building being built, I will be working from home. Which sounds to MAY BE possible HOWEVER when I asked in on it I was not giving any on it. I was told to reach another person in Zoom, with the person info & they will explain more about the job,my hiring & etc.. It was fishy from the start so when I asked again about the building being built in my area I'll be working in, I was just resent the text to reach the other person to move forward in the hiring process. I told them this seems strange & unprofessional & I am going to search scams for them under the name,# they were texting me from & the info they sent & they NEVER responded back after my response. Be aware, Hinge Heath is a scam if you see if on Indeed. I recommend applying DIRECTLY through ANY employee website & DO NOT be fooled. Perhaps if Indeed makes it that easy for people to scam & applicats info to be that easy to obtain & or be able to do such things with several companies, MAY, be time to get rid of Indeed...Indeed?

Wowww.
Hinge health is a legit company, but the scammer Justin Katalin is stealing their identity. Woww

He JUST sent me an email about the job & contact Richard on Zoom to further my hiring & learn about the job & new building that is being built in my area that I will be the manager of in 2 months once done being built. He sounded so convincing but the broke English & "so kindly" do this & that gave it away just like I'm needing to reach out to someone to further employment in a Zoom call with Richard. When I started asking questions about the location of the building being built in my area, he kept going around it. When I told him to hold 1 second while I searched for scam & any info on him & the # he was texting me from he DISAPPEARED. Can only imagine how far he would've went or what he was after had I go along with it. If Hinge Heath is aware of this scam seems to me if they cared about their company they would do something about it even if its as simple as posting on site of known ongoing issue & something needs to be done with or perhaps done away with on Indeed or perhaps it's time to get rid of INDEED indeed putting people at risk.?

The individual sent me a text message saying that they seen my resume on indeed and wanted to conduct an interview with my the company was Hinge Health. I was told that the interview was going to be through Skype where we had been talking for a couple of days I was chosen for the job. Long story short I was told that they would supply me with all my equipment I was sent a check over nighted after I told them I wasn't going to print one out because that was weird. Once the check got to me I direct deposited it where I was then told to go through pay pal and sent it to two users by the emails [email protected] and [email protected]. please don't fall victim to this these scammers really had me about to quit my current job thinking I had a better opportunity waiting for me. Lessoned learned I lost $3,856 and one fact if you are using PayPal and you don't know the people choose goods out not family friends because you won't be able to recover your funds nor dispute it through your bank. His name on Skype is Justin Kalabin portraying to be a recruiter for this company WATCH OUT.

Hinge Health is a legit company however they are also a fraudulent company because people are using their company and real employee names to scam people. When you go to look them up everything is legit except they aren't actually the company or the employees. I also think the actual company is fraudulent because they are aware of the scam and do not have anything on there website warning people about the scam.

I received an email stating my resume had been found on jobscore after being shortlisted (I did apply to this REAL company/position months prior). In the email was a job description attachment. I was instructed to follow up with an interviewer on wire.com. This person scheduled an interview time and spent an hour and a half interviewing me via chat (see attachment). She has a linked in account and from that profile, looks like she works for the real company (Hinge Health). There were red flags (especially in hindsight) but I was eager to speak with someone in person to verify. Against my better judgement I gave my "Home Office Location," my name, address and phone number, as well as names, email and phone numbers of 2 references that were requested. After I asked to speak with someone over the phone our correspondence ended. I contacted the company's operator and they said there were multiple reports of this scam.
