The scammer used Instagram and TikTok as a method to get out the product. The product said 1-3 weeks long, however it took several of months for some users to even receive their product. Their product was also a low quality and cheap material from the reviews stated. When you email the company, their only response is the same automated message "Thanks for your email, We hope you are doing great.

We apologize for making you wait. Your order has been processed and is ready. It will be shipped out soon. Please allow us a few more days to provide the tracking number. I hope you will understand and keep supporting us. Warm regards Anna." Some people even didn't get an email back. The reviews said to wait a few months and their received it. However, it's been 6 months and no product has arrived. Now the website is down and I am down money. Their product is matching clothings for couples and babies.
