Shakemate blender emailed my email account

To whom this may concern I order this blender due to a email about just read some comments on this site and got a tracking number with it when I purchased it. So I'm wanting to know what's up with the site please take care of this issue as soon as possible thank you for your time have a nice day

I recently bought an item from them and I never received an email I’ve been trying to contact them but when you go onto the webpage and try to leave an email it doesn’t actually let you send anything I did it on my own through my email and I haven’t got any confirmation email any response I saw that they try to take multiple payments from my bank account that were not the original payment and I still haven’t received any information regarding my original item and These additional charges I had to call my bank and cancel any withdrawal coming from them

5 days ago i took a risk and ordered from this website through a link on instagram the website looked legit and after the order was placed and accepted they even sent a confirmation gmail with the order saying that updates would be sent to me via email but when i try sending them a email to request an update i get a notification saying the gmail does not exist so i am not sure if i got scam or what exactly because the money for the item got taken out the account but im unable to contact them to ask for an update on my order and i do not see a way to cancel my order or get a refund

Hype Gadgets somehow got my credit card information and address, and they charged my account, possibly three times under three different company names over two days. My bank called and asked if it was fraud, it was, as I'd never heard of them nor purchased anything on the card with any company for over 6 months because I'm working to pay the card off, not increasing the balance. The crazy part is a week later, I get a package from the company! With an invoice and everything. It's the exact charge of one of the charges to my credit card. It's a crappy $5 "smart watch", nobody participating in reality would buy a $5 "smart watch". It's going in the trash as there are yet more scams trying to get people to connect things to their computer and that gives them computer viruses. I just want to put this on the record as this company is some kind of scam, especially the unauthorized purchase. I'm floored that I actually got something in the mail, and that it included a return address to this "company". The name of the entity on the shipping label is different from the invoice: "Astir" is listed as sender with the same address. "Hype Gadget" is listed on the invoice, with the same address.
