About a month ago I had one of your service techs come out and take a look at my HVAC unit and after about 2 hours or fiddling around on the roof and explaining to my wife why we need a new unit ASAP, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company not only said I don't need a new unit, but they fixed mine for less that $200!! It has been over a month and there is nothing wrong with my unit!!! The people at Capella are CROOKS!!!!
You people at Capella AC & Heat wanted to charge me wife and I over $10,000!!!
Your company is a fraud, the technician you sent is a liar and you are simply traying to take advantage of people. Not only have I reported you to the Better Business Bureau but have also told the magazine in which we got your number!!!!!!!
