Booked a hotel on Jan 05. and had to cancel my booking on Jan 07. due to my plans

Was prommised by customer service, the system processed a full refund to me. It's been 33 days (25 business days) since then and I don't have any refund from them!

Their refund policy says thet credit cards Refunds normally take seven to 14 business days.

Their customer service said it's up to 30 days, when I emailed them. To the addition to all of that they said: "We have no authorization and access to rushing the process of this refund payment".

By the time I received confirmation about cancellation the transaction still was in "pending" in my bank account. I cancelad my booking 48 hours after booking the holel and 2 months in advance before check in date. So the company clearly claim in their responsed that they are not responsoble for the money they charge you, but I cant find such a statement anywhere on their website. When you poin them on the policy, they say "no authorization and access to rushing the process of this refund payment".
