Facebook ad. I ordered 3 pairs of Hokas for less than one pair usually costs. That should have been my first clue. Anyway, 4 or 5 weeks later, I received 2 pairs of shoes, neither of which were Hokas nor even my size. Hoka retail store says what the sent me are two pairs of what look to be fake versions of some rapper’s shoes. I have emailed them (no phone number that I can find) to register my complaint, and have received no reply.

Advertising on Facebook for clearance Hoka brand shoes. The website appears legitimate with the Hoka logo, sizing charts, and merchandise pictures and descriptions. I received e-mail confirmation of the order, and shipment, again displaying the Hoka logo. The merchandise received is not Hoka brand and does not even resemble what was supposedly offered.

Placed an order for, what I thought, was a Hoka tennis shoe April. 11th. I received an order confirmation 4/11/23 from store "016" and then on the 12th a shipping confirmation. I have not received anything since. When I click on "visit our store" nothing comes up, the site is blank. The email only has an email to contact them, no phone number. When I click on a tracking number, it shows Bloomingdale, IL 60108 and it's had a shipping label created, USPS awaiting item 4/30/23 again 5/2/2023.

I ordered 2 pairs of HOKA tennis shoes and received an order confirmation and a $119.80 withdrawal from my Account on April 12, 2023. The tracking number was invalid and I attempted to reach the company and no reply but saw online that this is a scammer. Now I know I was scammed and so have many from this same fraudulent site. I found it on social media. Very disappointed.

Facebook had an ad for discounted Hoka shoes, Shoes were purchased giving my credit card info. I got a message from China and a tracking info. It was glitching and didn't seem right. Once looking up the company and website I found out it was a scam. My shoes never came.

Ad on Facebook, seemed like a great deal for two pair of Hoka shoes for $118. Made purchase using credit card, received confirmation via email. A week later received shipping confirmation with tracking number. Original purchase on 4-3-23, no response to emails and tracking number does not show up, but takes you to a USPS website. Realized after the fact that their website misspelled "market" by spelling it "martket." Too good to be true.

I clicked on an Instagram app and was directed to a fake Hoka show store. They were selling Hoka shoes for $59 plus shipping.
