Also known as griffith & coleman litigation group

I received a voice-mail from a man claiming he was trying to contact me to confirm my home address because he had pressing legal documents to serve me. He also called my mother and husband, providing the same story. On my voice-mail, he left a number to call back and a case number. When I called the number, a woman named Annette answered. I provided the case number and she told me the case number was under my husband and that he owed money to a jewlers company. She said a processor was out to serve a legal document because we had not responded to letter they sent in the mail and now my husband was going to be called to go to court. She said he owed $1949.85. She also said that if we set up a payment plan prior to the processor arriving to serve the documents, we could avoid going to court.
My husband did his due diligence and investigated the litigation company, phone number, address and nothing came up. He called the next day to get their website and it was created in 2023. There was also a different phone number and address, and neither are
Associated to the group. They have Facebook linked in the website and it just takes you to Facebook home page.
Looking online and Gclitigationgroup.com is associated with Gibbs and Callahan litigation group as well.
All this to say, complete and utter scam. These people are ruthless and I hope no one else gets harmed due to their harassment.

I have been continually harassed individuals from this phone number about a debt that I don’t believe I ever owed to a company that I’ve never done business with. They continually threaten with summons warrants, etc. and demand immediate payment in order to avoid legal problems. When I ask for proof, they assured me they have it, but it never is produced. They have also harassed multiple family members of mine even so far as calling my deceased wife’s mother and sister.
