Order placed on Bloomchic website, order confirmation came from fallacture. The next day more was charged to my card than I had approved. Contacted customer service 5 times about the over charge with no response. The order confirmation included a tracking number that never worked until 28 days passed when the website load a said the package was delivered. No delivery was made. Contacted customer service 3 times to be told another order would be sent. New tracking number given which did not work for 15 days until package was again delivered. No package again. Contacted customer service again to be told I would only be given 70 percent refund within the 15 days. I questioned again why I was charged extra with no response. It has been 20 days from my last email with them and still have to refund. They have also stopped responding to emails

They advertised a big sale on clothing. I ordered clothes, paid by credit card. The clothes never came. They sent me an email saying it had shipped. When I clicked on the website, it was no longer in existence.

Scam.

Thought it was a company called bloomchic. Website looked legitimate but once I ordered they sent email but it looked fake. Contact bloomchic and the company i ordered from was a scam. They sent shipping through tracking718.com. i have contacted them daily and its AI responses.
