So I paid for the service that Expressunlocks.com offers where they unlock my cell phone to be used by any carrier. They couldn't do it the first time on a phone I had. So they gave me a credit to unlock another phone. I got another phone, now they wanted more money so I paid it. They have been stringing me along for 2 weeks now and I'm out $277 dollars and I've got nothing but lies from them. I've got all the transcripts from their live support agent and they are stealing my money. Please help.

Express Unlock is a susposely a service to unlock phones. They charged a fee of $24.99 which only a search fee and without stating there was additional fees thereafter. After the search, they charged an addtitional fee of $54.00 to unlock the phone. Now they are two more charges one for $1.62 and another for $0.75 called INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ASSESSMENT EXPRESSUNLOCK that also was not disclosed. After 36hrs, they have not unlocked the phone and got an email stating refund for $78.99 but was not informed of the two addition charges.

They claim they can unlock your phone so you can move it to a different carrier they have failed to do that requested refunds they will not respond back

They took over $100 and never did anything. I’m reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission. I emailed them
3 times and nothing. This is a SCAM do not use their service.

I inquired to this website to have one of my cell phones unlocked because it was locked by the carrier and I paid $23.99 to see if my device was eligible for the unlock the company then sent me an email saying that yes it was eligible for the unlocked but I had to send the final payment in order for them to send me the code which was $35.99 with tax $42 and then once I sent that payment I got another email saying that they could not unlock my phone and send me the code because of some reason which I'm not sure of but I will attach the email to you.
