They called my elderly mother twice. The first time they told her that her car warranty was about to run out and to renew it. The second time they called, they said she owed 24 more payments of $134.58 on her Chevy vehicle which they said had been on autopay for 7 payments. The name the person gave was Elana. Here are some numbers to look out for: 888-272-4231, 667-200-3908, and 240-303-7471

I had $2500.00 in repairs and my dealer said they wouldn't cover anything. This is a scam. I would never recommend them.

Haven’t had my policy but a short time. However they jacked up my vehicle odometer mileage by over 1,000 miles. That could make a difference in receiving coverage. I called to report the wrong mileage report and haven’t heard back or received any corrections. I called 1 (888) 552-5952

This company is a total scam...they make it incredibly difficult to cancel a policy that does not cover anything. This company should be just down by the consumer protection bureaus! Do Not buy this warranty from this group or any other of the extended auto warranty companies they are affiliated with.

Red Flag #1: This company called my elderly parents on a phone number that is no way connected to the vehicle,
Red Flag #2: The SCAM giveaway and the signal to HANG UP is when they told him "this offer is only good for today,"
Red Flag #3: They got his debit card info and charged $100 for a contract that is "in the mail", and
Red Flag #4: The phone number that was provided to "contact them" didn't have the right amount of digits.
I immediately called the bank and had the debit card cancelled. I was afraid they would keep charging his card every month for a "product" that doesn't exist.
Way too sketchy. Swim away! Swim away! Swim away! Swim away!

I was quoted $156.65/mo on a 09 Kia Rondo with 76,000 miles. The vehicle is in excellent condition and I have taken care of all routine maintenance on the vehicle. I've had this car for five years and have few routine repairs such as a drive belt. My mechanic charged me $125.00 to replace the drive belt. Tire Kingdom wanted close to $300 for the same repair. If you have a good repair mechanic that you trust, it makes no sense to pay a monthly charge that you will likely never need considering you are paying $156.65/month and $1879.80 a year. This is a scam. They don't use an individual insurance or DMV to verify an individuals driving record. They don't even know if they are quoting a person who's license has been suspended, They don't know if an individual has had tickets or multiple accidents. This company is a scam and I would not recommend using them EVER. Also, they go by the manufacturers warranty and do not discuss exclusions to your vehicles manufacturers warranty. DON'T DO IT>

they called and They convinced me to give them 150 for full warranty coverage as well. I need my money back. I told them that was my last and appreciated them. Told me everything will be taking care of and my warranty should be effective in 30 days

They called my elderly Mother and convinced her to purchase an extended warranty on her car.

They also convinced (double teamed her) to give up her debit card numbers.

Charged 150 dollars to her card, for very very minimal coverage.

We tried several times to call them to cancel and were disconnected repeatedly.
