I bought a product from Enjoy life creative, I wanted to return the product and they said for a $40 item they would give me a refund of $1.99. They told me to keep the product and just give it to another family member. They said they normally only give a 3%-5% refund. I never even took the item out of the package because I knew I could use it. I don’t have anyone else to give this product too so not it’s going to goodwill or the trash. This company is a rip off.

Total scam! Do not purchase from them! I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. It has been "in transit" to USPS for several days.
They are quick to take your money but will not return emails.
This was a gift for my grieving mother, as this would be her first Christmas without my father.
It takes a very disgusting person to take advantage of those who are grieving.
As far as I'm concerned they can keep my money and use it for a ticket to the corner of kiss my [censored]/eat [censored].

Total scam online site that is based in China-will lie steal and cheat you with automated emails and phone phone numbers and addresses. They will send you a fake tracking number as well that will have the package permanently in “awaiting acceptance” from usps. So basically you just gave them credit card access.

I ordered a piece for my brother ashes was suppose to come in 8 to 10 days it still hasn't even been made yet and they took the money right away for it the number for customer service isn't valid and all I get is a automated response from email I want my money back!

I made a order on July 2 they sent me an email saying they canceled my order but I haven't recieved a refund I have called them many times but no answer I have emailed them and no answer. This scam site and I advice everyone to not fall for the scam

I purchased a product from them on 4/27/2020 and have yet to receive item, i have not gotten any calls or any legit contact information for them to refund me. They send emails from an email that is automated. The address i look up is not even a legit address and on the website they have no zip code. I had to do a search to see where they were located.
