Encante skin aka Encante beauty cream, advertise fairly well, an advertised sponsored link on social media directed me to this "beauty" cream marketing scheme. It all seemed legit, specially because it was from a sponsored link via Facebook, I thought there would be no issues, boy was I wrong. I agreed to purchase a $5.95 eye cream TEST/SAMPLE product, no mention of a "trial" or how much it actually will cost if I decide to buy it in whole. By the time I received the product to my surprise there were a total of 4 charges, equaling about $150 which I did not consent to. I only agree to the one $5.95 purchase. The first three charges were charged that day and the fourth charge was ran 17 days later. I contacted their customer service and not only were they unprofessional, they refused to credit back my account. The fourth charge was of a product I did not order nor did I receive. The CS rep had the nerve to offer me a credit of only 15%! Seriously? For a product I never consented to buy? How can this so called business freely charge your debit card and not credit you back for product you DID NOT consent to buy? As a savvy and frequent online shopper this has been my worst purchase ever. This business is extremely misleading and will scam you for product you do not consent to buy. Do NOT give them your debit or credit card information. They will refuse to give you a refund. I took my matter directly to my bank and filed a claim. I will fight this and make as many people aware of this misleading, false advertising, scheming "business".
