EncanteSerum and EncanteEyeCream sends "free" samples of eye and skin care products that you must pay shipping for ($5.95 for each of 2 items that arrive in one package. Then, about 17 days later they charge your credit card $99.01 and $98.71 for more products that were NOT ordered. Upon contacting customer service, they said there was an initial cancellation time of 14 days from "free" sample order date to cancel monthly service. This is NOT noted in any visible part of e-mail and is a total scam. They will not refund. I have not opened products as there are no active ingredients to show they work at all. I have contacted bank to stop payment for the "free" samples. This is a SCAM and company should be closed down.
