So I placed a $50 order for Christmas decorations. I Paid and got a confirmation of my order. The email said I would receive the order within 10 days. After 2 weeks I called the phone number 1-250-555-5555, YES, it was disconnected, They had another company listed on the page This company was Meledo Company Limited, United Kingdom. Company #11736866, Phone number 442-086-3854-17, not a working phone number, I went to that website and it does not exist. I Sent numerous emails to [email protected], I only received one back that said here is your tracking number, so I checked tracking number and it said delivered. Clearly I did not receive the order, so I had the post office check the Tracking number, and This tracking number is not a valid number. I have tried contacting hundreds of times, and still no response from this company. I contacted my bank and they are investigating. Do not order from this company.. To this day 5 months later and still haven't received my order and I still send emails asking about my order, but I get no response.
