Elite Supplies Reports & Reviews (16)

We received an invoice today from Elite Supplies. We have never ordered anything from this company nor heard of them or had any contact with them. The bill is for a lexmark toner and we do not even own a lexmark machine. They are charging $433 for one single toner and shipping that we never ordered or have use for. When we call there is an answering machine. They have obviously done some kind of research as there is the office managers name on the bill invoice.

1/2/18 We received a fake invoice for toner for a printer we do not own. The invoice was for $398.00, $35 for shipping and handling for a total of $433. The invoice was very homemade looking and has no option for credit card payment, only checks. My office manager called the number on the invoice, had to leave a message which, of course, was never returned.

We have been receiving invoices for toner that we never ordered. The price of the toner is about ten times the price that it sells for from other legitimate office supply stores.

Elite Supplies continues to contact our library branches, get a contact name; then send a phony invoice to the library stating it is for toner that we never ordered. I contacted the ScamPulse.com back in August of 2015, and contacted the company to remove our address. Obviously no results. We continue to receive invoices. 2 on 8/24/15, 2 on 10/5/15. Now we have received invoices in the past two months, the latest being 6/6/16. This is a completely fake company who preys on public entities. There is no remorse for their actions while living on dishonest gain. Shame on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An Invoice for toner for our KYOCERA KM-3530 which is leased, maintained, and serviced under contract with another company was sent to our branch library. The Invoice included a contact first name for our branch manager, Liz, a shipped via UPS line an invoice number of 21515, an invoice date of 05/31/2016, a terms line that reads NET 14, a Sales Rep name: Sarah, a quantity of 1, description Toner-Kyocera KM-3530, Unit stock #7652, unit price of $398.00, shipping of $35.00, and Total due of $433.00. Below it reads, MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO: Elite Supplies, PO BOX 17163, Anaheim, CA 92817. It is a completely fake invoice. We have neither ordered or received toner from this company and were warned by other libraries that are not quite as vigilant as we are about their invoices and finances that this company was sending these out and people were actually paying them.

We received a fake invoice from the "Elite Supplies" company stating that we had purchased (1) toner - Brother 8480 @ $398.00 plus tax ($35.00) for a total invoice amount of $433.00. The contact person on the invoice was someone in our company that does not handling purchasing. The person that does purchasing and receiving for our company questioned the "contact" person listed on the invoice. She knew nothing of this purchase. We order our supplies locally and through Office Depot. We have never heard or done business in the past with the "Elite Supplies" company.

Received an invoice for toner which was not ordered.

I answered the phone when they called twice, but I just told them our copier number. They asked once who did the order, which I responded I didn’t know. The second time they asked who the library director was, and I told them *** ***. So this e-mail is from our employee when ask if they order supplies she states the above. We received a invoice from them attach to this report. We contract from another company who services our copiers and purchase supplies through them. So this "Elite Supplies" contacted us to get information from us and then sent us an invoice. We believe this is a scam. We did not pay the bill.

Thank you,

Several libraries in Iowa (including the one where I work) have had someone from this company call. The caller claims that "we are your toner supply company and we need to verify the number off your machine". They also verify the contact name of the person who orders toner supplies. Then, they send an invoice (ours was for about $400) though no toner is ever sent.

Person called and spoke to a librarian who gave her name and make of our copier to the person. A few days later we received an invoice with her name as the contact (I have blacked that out) and the name of our library (incorrect name) etc.

Our library received an invoice from a company we do not do business with, for toner that we did not order and have not received. It appears someone called and got the manager's name and the model of the copier.

We received a statement in the mail from this company. It stated that we owed $433 for a Toner-Muratec MFX2550. We have never used this company and never ordered anything from them. After reading reviews it looks like they have done this to many other businesses. They are sending out fake statements to try and get some checks out of it. PLEASE STOP THEM

Received an invoice via mail for toner for an old fax machine which we never ordered and definitely never received. I called the phone number on invoice to inquire and have not received a return call. Attached is the invoice.

Greetings,

Several times a year we have received an invoice from Elite Supplies requesting payment for product. The first time we received an invoice I was told we would receive a credit memo, but no such memo has been received. In the intervening months, when I have called, I've left a message but have never received a return call.

Elite Supplies is not one of our approved vendors. Furthermore, we have not owned a Kyocera photocopier since March 2015.

I am concerned they are sending our fake invoices hoping they will slip through and get paid.

This business called a branch of our organization posing as a service vendor for one of our copier units. He was able to obtain the machine's serial number before our staff person realized this was a fraud and ended the call. About two weeks later, a fake invoice arrived via postal mail for several hundred dollars in toner which we did not order through this vendor. We have never used this vendor and they did not respond to phone messages regarding the fake invoice.

- Warren, OH, USA
