Type of a scam Government Grant

My wife called the number (407-768-0947 on TV, they called "ECO HOUSE". They offer benefits from the government to help people to reduce their electricity bills, something about windows and roofs, etc. But never said something about water. The guy came to my house just sitting there and stared at me asking me questions about how much water I paid and how much paid for detergents. After getting the information he told me to check the water in my sink and later he made the experiment with some artifact input in the water, the water changed and was nasty. He offers us the water purifier. After two days Maria Paula called us to ask about the system and I told her the guy never show up. The system still showed the particulates in the water I told her I did not want the water purified because he said he come to see the system and he never show up. No one call us to see what happened and now I called BBBeured and the lady told me to make the complaint. And please if you call me we can explain much better what happened to the system. 407-223-5920.
