Waterway Funding Resurfaces as Eco Funding
Agreement was signed by one Patrick Logg. This is the same fictitious person signing for Waterway Funding. Weber is also associated with WF.
After signing up, I requested to meet the "investors". This was refused. I then attempted to verify the identity of the two companies (Eco and Everyday via a standard IRS W-9 request. This was also refused, and i was given a good cop-bad cop routine that basically was designed to intimidate- how dare I question them etc, if you don't pay the closing fee to Everyday you'll be sued, etc. All the while never supplying any information via email or any traceable format.
I hired a firm in NY to physically identify the business. Based on their site visits to the addresses registered with the NY SOS office, Eco works out of a vacant shack in Brooklyn and Everyday runs a nail salon in the same borough :)
