I saw an ad on Facebook for a product that I wanted for a friend. He's a HUGE Dallas Cowboy fan and it was a custom item. Now keep in mind that his birthday is late November and I placed the order on October 22, 2017. I received an email conformation with order number. I then followed up with an email since there was no phone number to call. That should have warned me there. My first email to follow up was on November 24th. I received a response on November 25th stating the jacket have started to ship out and will receive notification when it has been shipped. Birthday has passed and i sent ANOTHER email on December 2nd asking for an update on the order and the website said it would take a few weeks so that's why I placed it in advanced. They replied the same day apologizing for the inconvenience and it's currently being shipped out though the week and again will be notified once they have the tracking info since they are trying to "catch up on thousands of orders". Another email sent on December 13th, NO REPLY, emailed again December 19th and got an email saying "Your Order is on the way". Received an email on December 21st stating due to the holidays they are expecting delays and working overtime to process orders and will have a tracking number emailed. They then send the exact same automated email on December 25th. It;s now January 3rd stating I have not received my package and requested the tracking number. Received an email on January 8th again apologizing stating they will visit the warehouse and shipping department immediately after sending the email to follow up. I emailed once again on January 9th, they replied the same automated response on January 8th but never heard back. Guess they got lost finding their own department. Emailed again January 11th, no reply! Then then responded on January 15th now saying they are waiting for the tracking number and using all resources to make it happen. I replied with 2 emails the same day stating I wanted a REFUND (keep in mind it's over $100) and was sick of their automated email and would be reporting them for fraud! Still no reply!!! They are quick to take your money and provide no realistic updates and no number to call to speak to someone live. I have ALL emails!!! It's now going to be 3 months!!
