Ordered engraved music boxes in October 2021 and paid $42.04
Never received them. Made queries at least thirty times . Only reply was order on the way . Same reply every time.
Do not order anything from them .
So disappointed with them.

Oh my gosh….I am another victim of this rip off company. I ordered a huge and beautiful wreath for $46 (1st clue) and received a wreath that couldn’t have cost $5 to make, which was probably 1/10 the size as advertised, see pics.I complained the same day to Amex and the company. The company continued to send me a “canned” response offering 10% refund, then 15%, and finally 20% and I get to keep the piece of crap wreath. Or I could send it back “at my expense” and if it was returned in perfect condition, that they would determine upon delivery, they would give a full refund. I took it to the post office and it would cost $27 to mail back to…you guessed it “CHINA”! So….it cost $46 which included shipping and now I had to pay another $27 for an item that was falsely advertised and wasn’t worth $5. After approximately 20 exhausting emails to this company I gave up. I can’t trust this company to refund me 100%. I will be trying to get my money back through PayPal and/or Amex.

What can be done to close this company down? How can they continue this practice. I have learned that if it looks too good to be true…IT IS! Shame on me for believing otherwise.

I bought 2 angel wing necklaces for myself n my daughter. Claimed to be sterling silver and these items aren't, I wore mine for not even a week n it made my skin flair up, coz I can't wear rubbish jewelry, can U help me get a refund n I can't seem to O find an email so I have a whinge to them

My wife ordered some home decorating items--over $100 worth. Only after completing the transaction she discovered they were being shipped from China! When they finally arrived, stuffed into a plastic bag, they were somewhat deformed. She emailed customer service asking for a refund, but they offered a 10% refund and no need to return. When she declined, they responded again with a 15% refund and no need to return. She declined each time asking for a return address so she could get a full refund. They gave her a China mailing address and warned that if the package was damaged in shipping, no refund would be given! Nothing but a SCAM! Avoid this company!

This company is a Bait and Switch. Do not buy anything from them. I also fell for this and purchased these and received this. They will not respond until threatened with pay-pal and will continue to tell you they can only partially refund you for your mistake. and you must send the items back at your cost to a ridiculous address for their consideration. Luckily I used Pay-Pal and disputed the purchase and pay-pal refunded my money back.

I had the same issue. They played games responding in chinese one time just to waste time until the dispute expired. They offered a refund but after the dispute in PayPal expired and I contacted them directly they kept saying they had no clue what transaction I was talking about

They did the exact same thing to me... My Problem was that I reported it to PayPal too soon, then my dispute expired and I got no protection and lost my whole $90. I think I will try PayPal again.

I purchased a 5in1 veggie cutter from DreamyLives Co., Ltd from fb page bcnoe.. for usd 19.99 w shipping charge of usd 6.99. What they sent is not what was displayed in their fb page & they sent a very lousy product not even worth $1.00. Its a cheating company. The below contacts details are all fake. Two websites http://cmiert.com, http://www.lxiico.com & ph no +1 (536) 150-2483 are not working & fake. Its all fake, fake, fake...

Please refund the money that I paid you. The product that I received in no way, shape, or form resembles the product that I ordered. This product is an insult to anyone that ordered the product advertised. Please refund immediately!

I ordered a rustic door wreath with dried hydrangeas cost me 28.93 with postage. After waiting forever received the crappiest plastic tiny wreath. After complaint they said I would have to send item back and wait 20 days or they would give me a 25 percent credit!

Ordered from this company via one of their sockpuppet sites, www.lxiico.com
It's a dropshipping company based in China. They advertise with high quality products, what you end up receiving is a cheap knock off imitation of said product. They list numerous email addresses as contact addresses for customer service, but none have yet replied. Also opened a paypal dispute and they have yet to reply there as well. Don't buy from them.

I ordered some eyelash/eyeliner combo stickers from this company that advertised on Facebook on 8/7/2021. The receipt they sent me via email was a bit confusing as the email is sent via Xdeit(that was one name on the email-I figure the email provider?), then also it said it was sent from Shopify. On 8/14/2021 I sent an email to whereever the email came from asking where was my order. They sent an email reply back on 8/17/2021 saying that the particular item I had ordered was in HIGH DEMAND and would be delayed. I never got an estimated delivery time on my receipt or in this email from them that said it would be delayed. They did however say I could trace my order with the USPS tracking number they provide. So, I tried to check the status of my order through the tracking number, and got the message that the tracking number is NOT a valid USPS tracking number. At that point, I figured I had been scammed. I did want to wait a reasonable amount of time before I called my bank(which was end of August/today). I recommend calling your bank which should reverse the charges so this company doesn't get your money!

Same issue repeated by a number of people. Ordered the basin set, recieved the grater only. Have been in contact with the dodgy company, they attempted to blame me for incorrect purchase. The description in their add on facebook says Grater, Strainer, Basin. Ripped off, will never buy anything again that comes from China. They also trade under several names and when your search any of them Norton flags the site as dangerous.

I thought it may have only been me that got stuck DreamyLives basin set SCAM that suddenly became a grater accessory only. I ordered through an advertisement on FaceBook and their ads disappeared (for me) as soon as my order was made. No confirmation of order was received. Apparently they act as a middleman to [50% Off] Germany TM company. They tease the entire set and when order is processed, they (DreamyLives co. Ltd.) sends a cheap substitute of the grater shown on the [50% Off] order site. If you look at it, it's not even the same accessory - different grating pattern and rim. Their shipping label was bogus and described the contents as a "vegetable sink" (attacked to the flat plastic envelope containing the grater). I have a complaint in process through PayPal and advised them that the link supplied to them by DreamyLives and appearing on their documentation of the sale is invalid...comes up in all major search engines as a dead end..no website no nothing. I am on a mission here...this in itself should concern PayPal. This is like advertising a bath tub and then only sending the plug!

I bought a multifuntion stainless steel basin with colander and grater.
I only received the grater!
I sent an email which has been ignored.
Very bad company and should stay away from!
I'm going to contact my bank to apply for a refund but don't hold much hope..

Same thing here...they even misrepresented what was sent on their shipping label...mine said "vegetable sink"...a "sink is a basin! What was received was only a grater disk, and mine even looks different that the one they sent you! I have an open complaint against this outfit through PayPal and have alerted PayPal that the contact information link supplied by DreamyLives Co. Ltd which appears on the PayPal paperwork is an invalid, non-existent website.

I have had the same problem, only received the grater. Can't even find an email address for them. Very unhappy and will follow this up with PayPal.

Commander suite à une publicité sur Facebook une crème à 40,00€ je voulais suivre ma commande. Le site a disparu, déposé plainte en France et autres. Donc il semble que C est une Arnaque

DreamyLives Co., Ltd. is the worse company ever! I ordered from them on December products that costed me 25 €. I never received my order and their solution was to refund me 45% of the amount, because as they said, they lost money too... They are the worst ever! Please avoid them! If they don't know how to do business, they better do something else!

Dreamy lives has stolen about 26.98 when i track package says site unreachable or doesnt exist do not spend ur money here they try to get u with the lights and stuff its a pure scam

I recognize the dollar amount and it looks like you may also have gotten stuck on "multi-functional" basin set. Those of us that received anything at all only got an imitation of the grater, which is only an accessory to the advertised set!

Ordered from them & received CHEAP dollar store plastic stick ons. Spent over $40! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM TO THE FULLEST EXTENT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! When I emailed them I was informed I had to send the "stickers" back to CHINA! It would have cost me $23! Then no guarantee they would be received. They offered me a 10% refund, after going back & forth, we agreed on 40%. Months later & many more emails, still no refund! Pay pal is no help because they said i had received the merchandise & have to return it per the company before they can refund me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! $40 is a hurtful lesson to learn. BUYER BEWARD!

I sent my pictures back. Paypal paid my $20.00 postage fee and it sits in a Chinese Post Office since 12/20. It's a phony address. Go through your credit card.

I have been charged 49$ and some change for nothing I want my refund now!
